Order & Installation
1. Is there any minimum order amount?
Ans. Not at all! We want you to only pick the items you love without worrying about a minimum order amount.
2. How long it takes to deliver the order?
Ans. We work with reputed logistics providers with the aim to deliver your order within 3-7days from the date of order placement.
3. How can I track my Order?
Ans. For every order on rastogichairs.com, we provide a courier number which can be used to track your package.
The carrier will provide us with an image number and we will share with you. You can track the order package with the normal picture number in a third-party courier location.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Ans. You may cancel the order only within 24 hours of order booking.
5. How to assemble the product?
Ans. Product assembly is do it yourself basis( Manual is provided with the product).Our chairs are quick and easy to assemble. Video instructions are also available. External assembly technician is available on chargeable basis. The charges vary from Rs. 400/- to Rs. 600/- per chair depending upon your location.
6. What are your Working Days?
Ans. Our working days are from Monday to Saturday (except public holidays)
"Orders are not processed on Sunday and public holidays."
Orders placed after 2pm on Saturday will be shipped the next business day (Monday).
Payment & Shipping
1. What are the Shipping Charges?
Ans. There are no Shipping Charges. It is free!
2. Are the prices GST inclusive?
Ans. Yes, the prices shown below the product are inclusive of 18% GST.
3. How to get GST Invoice on Purchase of Product?
Ans. We will provide you GST invoice with the Product.
4. What are the Payment Options?
Ans. Our website is connected with safe & secure payment method Razor Pay which provides all modes of digital payments.
5. Is COD option available?
Ans. Since our chair is heavy item so COD option is not available
Product Warranty
1. What is the Product Warranty?
Ans. We give 3 months warranty against manufacturing defects on our products.
2. What are the parts that you covered in Warranty?
Ans. Hydraulic & Sacking of Foam.
3. What is not covered in Warranty?
Ans. Cut in Fabric/Leatherette & Wheels

Returns & Refunds
1. What if my product is damaged/ defective/received incorrectly?
Ans. If something is damaged / defective / received incorrectly, you can write to us at rastogilokeshfurniture@gmail.com or call us at +91 9116626334. Once we receive your refund request, we will confirm your request and share your address with our logistics.
2.How can I return and refund my product?
Ans.No returns applicable.10 Days replacement policy is valid from the date of delivery only for manufacturing defect.
Incase of product unavailability for replacement order, full amount will be refunded within 7 working days once the product is received by us.
Refunds of payment charged to the Cardholder’s credit card will only be credited back to the credit card account which was used to pay for the original order. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank.
