At Rastogi Chairs, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Custom or personalized items, clearance items, and gift cards are not eligible for refunds.

  • Return Instructions: If your refund request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

 

3. Refund Process

 

Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within [7-10] business days.

 

4. Partial Refunds
